In cooperation with the Moosalamoo Association, Blueberry Hill is raising money to complete the work necessary to repair bridges on the Blueberry Hill trail network. Our first project is to raise money to replace some bridges lost in the Hurricane Irene. Please help us to move forward with the project and donate what you can, or “Run The Road Less Travelled” in our annual Goshen Gallop 10k and 5k fundraiser for trail and bridge maintenance. With the Moosalamoo Association as our fiscal sponsor your donation is fully tax deductible, and no amount too small.
These funds will support our transition to ‘Partnership’ status with the US Forest Service. Partnership status, will allow us to continue to maintain and protect these trails for many years to come, with the help of the USFS, donations and volunteers.
The Ski Center will continue to be funded primarily through Blueberry Hill, donations from visitors, ski rentals and soup! We are thankful to the Moosalamoo Association, which provides fiscal sponsor support for the Building Bridges Project, to all that come through to ski, snowshoe and hike, to the USFS, and to our donors as we work through this transition.
Blueberry Hill Trails, in Vermont’s Moosalamoo National Recreation Area of almost 16,000 acres, is a treasure in the heart of the Green Mountain National Forest. The Blueberry Hill Inn and the Moosalamoo Association are working together to assure that these trails remain open for years to come.
