This 11.7 mile loop is great for those who are looking for something short and sweet. It includes a nice downhill and passes the blueberry management area.
This 15 mile loop is a great 1.5 hour ride which takes you past the Robert Frost Interpretive Trail, Middlebury’s Breadloaf Campus, and gives you a view of the Snowbowl! Some trail riding is required between miles 12-15, so if you prefer to stay on smooth gravel, you can turn around on Brooks Rd. and make it an out-and-back.
This 20 mile loop is a classic Goshen loop. If ridden clockwise, you will start with a downhill on the unmaintained Silver Lake Rd. and climb back to Blueberry Hill on the smooth Goshen Rd. If ridden counter-clockwise, you will start downhill on Goshen Rd. and end with a steep climb up the unmaintained Silver Lake Rd.
This 28 mile loop around lake Dunmore takes between 2 and 3 hours and could be turned into a half-day adventure! The roads around the lake are very flat and bike-friendly. Branbury State Park has a large swimming area, beach, and snack bar with food/drinks!
