Since 1972, the Blueberry Hill Outdoor Center L3C (formerly known as the BBH Ski Center) has been a home base for your adventures in the Moosalamoo National Recreation Area. Located in the heart of the Green Mountain National Forest, the Outdoor Center is centrally located for access to the Blueberry Hill network of trails, the Vermont Long TrailThe Catamount Trail, and the Moosalamoo National Forest Trails, all of which are accessible for walkers, hikers, runners, bikers, and nature-lovers of all kinds!

Our mission at the Outdoor Center is twofold: we aspire to be a hub for outdoor recreation, increasing the accessibility of our unique natural surroundings while promoting environmental education, conservation, and sustainable use. We are committed to preserving our forests, woods, trails, rivers, streams, and habitats for future use, both human and animal.  Blueberry Hill Outdoor Center L3C is designated at a Lo-profit entity. We are working toward non-profit status to continue the work to maintain trails for all to use for year-round activity. BHOC is located within the Moosalamoo Recreation Area.Your donation goes to the upkeep and maintenance of the trails and Outdoor Center.

What trails are open. Look at the weather


The Blueberry Hill Outdoor Center L3C supports the maintenance of over 50km of trails within the Moosalamoo National Recreation Area and the US Forest Service provide a 4-season environment for recreation and education for visitors, families and outdoor enthusiasts. Enjoy mountain biking, hiking, birding, trail running, skiing, snowshoeing and adventuring, on your own or join a group event. In winter our ungroomed trails offer a unique experience allowing outdoor enthusiasts of all abilities to enjoy the outdoors.

During Summer and Fall, we welcome you to use the Outdoor Center to have lunch, meet friends, or store gear.  Throughout the winter the Outdoor Center is open and serving soup, lunch snacks, hot and cold drinks and our famous chocolate chip cookies, coffee, snacks, and soup.  Thoughout the year the Outdoor Center is a great gathering place, and is now sharing full high speed internet access.
